The history of Parker Stokes Mental Health Foundation we have created a foundation that was developed by the people who have had mental health issues and have overcome through wellness recovery the Board of Directors, Managers and Volunteers are people who have come from communities that has been affected the most and worse by mental health issues and trauma and psychosis or neurosis. our mission is to collaborate with different mental health entities like the Aurora Mental Health Center brain injury alliance of a Colorado Colorado Mental Health institution we have established protocols to research and study different locations and areas and conduct classes symposiums to educate administrators about effective ways to deliver Mental Health services.

Mr. Keith X Parker has been a person that has suffered from mental health illness and has gone through a brain injury, for years overlooked these issues and tried to live a life without some form of treatment which was impossible. Mr. Parker lived a life trapped by his own mental illness for over 20 years which landed him in jail and other institutions he has dealt with the stigma of mental health lived with denial. Mr. Parker through the help of the Brain Injury Alliance, Dr Wilcox in which is Mr. Parker professor at Metro State University of Denver, Dr Wilcox is professor over the Behavioral Health Science Department at MSU.
